About the experience

What can I expect from the events at Cosm? Guests can expect a Shared Reality experience where from their reserved seats they are surrounded by an 85-foot diameter, 8K LED Dome display and surround sound that immerses them in the content. Reserved booths include access to a server for ordering food and beverages from our curated menus, including signature cocktails to delicious local cuisine.
How is Cosm different from other venues and movie theaters? Cosm is a Shared Reality experience that is unlike anything you would have experienced at a traditional theater, including:
  • Cosm’s revolutionary technology and cutting-edge venues fully immerse you in content by merging advanced engineering, innovative displays, and diverse programming. Unlike VR headsets, the Shared Reality experience transports you and your guests to wherever your show will take you.
  • Cosm provides a full menu and bar, including main dishes you won’t want to share, shareable options perfect for groups, salads, desserts, signature cocktails, and a kids menu. The best way to experience Cosm is together with our shared dining experience.
  • Cosm's location and space make for an unforgettable experience beyond The Dome show viewing included in your reserved seat ticket, when you explore our other spaces, including The Deck and The Hall. The Deck provides views of SoFi and planes flying overhead in and out of LAX. The Hall is a great spot to stay after the show to chat with your group about the experience over more food and beverages available at the bars and seating areas.
  • Cosm’s Fan Ambassador team upholds high hospitality standards and is available throughout the venue before, during and after your event to support you with any questions or needs you may have.
Where is the experience located? Cosm LA is located at 1252 District Dr, Inglewood, CA 90305, at the Hollywood Park district near iconic landmarks such as SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? Your direct ticketed experience will take place indoors in The Dome area of Cosm. Cosm venues offer additional areas to explore, including The Deck and The Hall. The Deck provides views of SoFi and planes flying overhead in and out of LAX. The Hall is a great spot to stay after the show to chat with your group about the experience over more food and beverages available at the bars and seating areas.
How long does the experience last?

Each event experience is specific to the show you have purchased tickets for, running an hour or longer. Here is a list of specific events and how long that event will last:

  • Big Wave – 1 hour and 5 minutes
  • Matrix – 2 hours and 25 minutes
  • "O" by Cirque Du Soleil – 1 hour and 40 minutes
  • Orbital & Liquidverse Double Feature – 1 hour and 5 minutes - Orbital & SEEK Double Feature – 1 hour and 10 minutes
  • The Psychedelic Mixtape & Liquidverse Double Feature – 1 hour and 20 minutes

Entry for every experience begins 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Cosm’s Shared Reality experience transports you into the show and the curated menu, including food and beverages takes the event to the next level. Our full menu includes a variety of preferences for dietary needs and preferences. Items include main dishes, salads, desserts, kids menu and our favorite—shareable dishes for you and your whole group. Servers that come to your reserved seats can take orders for any of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from our bar. Is there parking available and how much does it cost?

Yes, there is parking available on site. We have a designated parking lot at 3895 Stadium Drive, Inglewood CA, directly adjacent to our venue.

The parking lot includes specific areas reserved for those with disabilities. ADA parking will be located on the first floor of the designated parking structure. The address of the parking structure is: 3895 Stadium Drive, Inglewood, CA.

Parking rates are subject to change, so please refer to the posted signage at the parking structure for pricing. Note, all Cosm customers will receive four hours of validation.

Will there be additional sessions? Although we cannot guarantee there will be additional event dates available in the future. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on event availability for all confirmed dates and times. Do I need to wear a headset for the event to be immersive? No, the Cosm Shared Reality experience is a revolutionary domed experience with compound curved LED technology that delivers an immersive experience without the need to wear VR headsets.
Will there be merchandise for sale? As of now, there will not be any merchandise available for purchase.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, it is available for download from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?

Yes, when you purchase 10 or more tickets, please contact the Cosm Group Sales department. For some events, tickets for groups of 10 or more are available for early purchase. Guests can order food and beverages from the in-venue wait staff to have them delivered directly to their seat in The Dome or The Hall.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? We recommend you arrive no earlier than the Entry Time of your event and no later than the Start Time of your event. The show will begin promptly at the Start Time of the event. Arriving at Entry Time will allow you plenty of time to find your seat, review the food and beverage menu and make an order before your show starts, so you may have the best experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? At Cosm, animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Certified Service Animals are welcome inside the venue on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. Guests may take their service animal outside of the venue to relieve itself but must speak with a Fan Ambassador prior to leaving the venue. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Cosm guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Is the venue accessible?

Cosm is fully ADA and wheelchair accessible. Accessible seating is offered on all levels of Cosm, and you can purchase these tickets through our website and app. We are dedicated to accommodating the needs of our guests, so we recommend contacting a Fan Ambassador to share any details about how we can give you a seamless experience.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

The following is a current list of items that are prohibited at Cosm and is subject to change. Please contact a Fan Ambassador for specific questions to confirm policy information.

  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited at Cosm. No one, including law enforcement personnel and personal security guards, that are not acting in an official on-duty capacity at the venue will be permitted to enter with a weapon. Weapons include, but are not limited to: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, other chemical dispensing devices, fireworks, knives, and any object that can be used to inflict bodily injury to people at Cosm.
  • Any items that can be used to disrupt an event at Cosm are prohibited, such as 2-way radios, noise-making devices, megaphones, laser pointers, light/glow sticks, flashlights, fireworks and other similar devices.
  • Backpacks and bags. Please refer to the Bag, Backpacks and Baby Bays policy for details.
  • Drugs and/or illegal substances, outside alcohol served at Cosm.
  • Outside food & beverages, glass bottles, cans, flasks, and coolers.
  • Professional photography equipment (detachable/interchangeable lenses), audio/video recording devices (GoPros), tripods, monopods (selfie sticks), tablets, laptops, computers, and promotional materials.
  • Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems (i.e., drones)
  • Electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD, tobacco or similar products

Cosm does not provide lockers to house prohibited items and will not check-in any prohibited items at our Fan Ambassador's desk. In the case that a guest were to be found in possession of the above-mentioned items, they will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it immediately. Guests who refuse to comply will be removed from the premises and may be subject to arrest.

What accessibility resources do you have for guests that are hard of hearing?

Cosm will schedule and provide a sign language interpreter upon request. To submit a request, please message one of our Customer Service Agents in the chatbot in the lower right corner of the Cosm.com website. They will need to know what date and event you are planning to attend.

Does Cosm feature any atmospheric or special effects during the show?

Some events will feature special effects as part of the Shared Reality experience, including flashing or strobe lights, loud noises, surround sound, and sensory stimulation. We understand that these effects can trigger seizures or other health issues.

We offer retreat areas for guests experiencing sensitivities or overstimulation.

Safety is our priority, so we advise guests with photosensitive epilepsy or other sensitivities to review event warnings and discuss any concerns with a Fan Ambassador beforehand.

Are wheelchairs or mobility walkers available for rent?

We will not have wheelchairs and mobility walkers available for rent. However, please contact the Cosm Customer Service team for any additional questions about accommodations you may require.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms are available throughout the venue and will be indicated with signage. If you need assistance in locating a restroom, please approach any member of the Fan Ambassador team. Restrooms are available anytime, during all events.

Cosm also offers Family, All Gender and Accessible restrooms.

Is there an age requirement?

Guests of all ages are welcome at Cosm. Please note that some specific events have age restrictions, such as 21 and up. You can find those details in the description of individual events.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to review and ensure appropriate content viewing for their children, and we leave it to our viewers’ discretion to determine what content is appropriate for all ages.

The sound levels during our events vary and can get quite loud. We understand that every guest has unique sensitivities, especially our younger attendees. Parents and guardians know their children best, so we invite you to consider what's most comfortable for your family's listening experience. Should you feel the need, protective earwear is a great option for those with sensitive ears.

You’re invited to reach out to guest services for ear plugs, further assistance, or other accommodations.

Are there accommodations for those with sensory needs?

Yes, Cosm will have a Sensory Room available. If you start to feel overwhelmed, you can visit one of these areas to recharge and rejoin the fun when you are ready. Please contact any Fan Ambassador during an event with any questions about our sensory sensitivity accommodations.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, non-professional, non-flash still photography or videography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, cameras or recording devices of any type may be prohibited.

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Cosm at any time. Flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Is there a Lost & Found? All lost and found items are taken to the Administrative Offices during events. You may contact Security or Fan Ambassadors to inquire about items. After an event, contact the Cosm Customer Service team with a description of the item and the date lost. To contact the team, go to Cosm.com and click on the chat icon in the bottom right. Items unclaimed after 30 days will be discarded or donated. Credit cards are destroyed after 72 hours. Cosm assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.
Is coat check available? No, there is not a coat check available. Your reserved seats will offer plenty of room to put any personal items, such as a coat to the side if you would like to remove it during the event.
